How much does an exhibition stand cost?
Every stand is quoted to the brief, because no two exhibitions need the same display. The main things that affect the price are:
- Modular or custom: a modular stand and a fully custom booth are built differently, so they are priced differently.
- Footprint: the size of the space you have been given, or the size you are aiming for.
- Printed branding: how much of the stand carries your graphics.
- Design work: supplying your logo and artwork costs less than a full design.
- Extras: banners, gazebos and other additions to extend your presence.
- Reuse: a stand you plan to use at many shows can be built with that in mind.

How it works
- Tell us about your event. The show and date, the space you have, and your logo and brand colours.
- We design it. We design the stand to your brief and you approve the design before anything is printed.
- We produce it. We print the graphics and build the stand from our Benoni workshop.
- You use it again. Our stands are reusable, so the same stand can go to your next show.

What is the difference between a modular and a custom stand?
A modular stand is built on a modular frame system, so it can be configured for different spaces and reused at several events. A custom booth is designed from scratch around your brand and space. Tell us how often you exhibit and we will recommend the better fit.
Can I reuse my stand at other events?
Yes. Our stands are reusable, so you can take them to more than one show. This is one of the main reasons businesses choose a modular system.
What size can the stand be?
The footprint is built to your brief. Tell us the space you have been allocated, or the size you are aiming for, and we will design to it.
Do you design the graphics too?
Yes. Send your logo and brand colours and tell us what you want the stand to say, and we will design it. If you already have print-ready artwork, send it through.
Can you add banners and gazebos to match?
Yes. We make banners and gazebos in the same branding, so everything at your event matches. A carry case is included with banners and gazebos.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size, whether the stand is modular or custom, and whether we are designing the artwork. Tell us your event date when you ask for a quote and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
